Show #2 was a success. I might go as far as to call it a "smashing success". The crowd size has been estimated at 25 to 1000 people, but the most common estimate was 50, so we'll go with that. Not bad for a second first show! The age range of the crowd was 15-80. I'm guessing this is the only show we'll be able to say that about. The band sounded great, the crowd cheered, the coffee flowed, the cookies were munched, and the panties flew. Congratulations (and thank you) to those of you who were on hand to witness history in the making. Also thanks to everyone who clapped us into an encore. There's nothing like playing a song you've rehearsed once for a crowd that thought you were pretty good a minute earlier. Keep your eyes on the MySpace site and this here blog for details on a late Nov./early Dec. performance at Urban Wildlife. We're recording next weekend Paul Bunyan styley in some secluded, wooded area north of your Twin Cities. We promise to have some MP3s up soon after. If you want to see and hear more, right now, check out some pictures and some videos.
xoxo
